Guts

Crimson Beherit

Mythical Chests

Spawned using Crimson Beherit boss drops from the Crimson event. Easy mode rewards mythical chests every run.

Charon

Soul Ore

New endgame boss tied to Sky Spire floors 101–200. Farm Charon for Soul Ore and Ascension-era materials.

Forge & Weapons

The forge is the heart of Broken Blade. Collect materials from enemy chests to craft and reforge increasingly powerful weapons — from starter blades to 5-star capstones.

Defeating enemies drops chests containing sword pieces and crafting materials. Bring these to the forge to create new weapons with unique visuals and movesets, or enhance existing blades for higher damage and stats.

The weapon meta has evolved rapidly since launch. Explosion (5-star Buster) arrived first, followed by Excalibur (5-star Sword), Yamato (5-star Katana), and Dragon Slayer reforging. Each capstone requires dedicated material farming routes.

Different weapon types (Katana, Buster, Sword) synergize with specific Race bonuses. Plan your forge path around your build — Vanir for Katana, Nether for Buster, Elf for Sword.

Consejos

  • Farm chests consistently — materials are the bottleneck, not levels.
  • Prioritize reforging over hoarding low-tier materials.
  • Match weapon type to your Race bonus (Vanir/Katana, Nether/Buster, Elf/Sword).
  • Truth Scrolls and Void from milestone codes feed Dragon Slayer and high-tier crafts.
  • Space Ore upgrades Yamato after the initial Midgard craft.

Evitar

  • Hoarding materials without reforging — upgrade as you farm.
  • Ignoring weapon type synergies with Race bonuses.
  • Spending Holy Grails on Breakthrough before crafting Excalibur.
  • Upgrading a temporary weapon to Soul Forge 12.

Controls

Broken Blade uses intuitive keyboard and mouse controls designed for fast, fluid combat with no ability cooldowns.

Movement W, A, S, D

Basic Attack Left Mouse Button (M1)
Sword Attacks Z, X

Progression

Progression in Broken Blade combines rapid leveling through combat with weapon enhancement via the forge and Soul Forge. Boss Rush and Sky Spire provide endgame farming and high-tier rewards.

Each defeated enemy grants experience. The game is designed for fast leveling — you will feel constant advancement as you clear islands. Weapon upgrades from the forge directly impact your damage output and ability to tackle harder content.

Late-game progression layers on top: Soul Forge levels on Jotunheim, Holy Grail farming in Sky Spire, capstone weapon crafts like Excalibur and Yamato, and finally Weapon Ascension with Breakthrough multipliers after Soul Forge 12.

Consejos

  • Balance leveling with forge upgrades — stats alone won't carry you at higher difficulties.
  • Save reroll items for when you reach the required level thresholds.
  • Use Boss Rush to farm materials once your weapon is adequately upgraded.
  • Stack 100 Holy Grails for Excalibur before spending them on Breakthrough rolls.
  • Only invest Ascension on weapons you plan to keep long-term.
